The Process

Step 1 - Online Written Submission

Answer all questions defined in the online written submission.
Lodge your submission online by Friday 13^th September 2024.
Clearly indicate which category you are entering. A separate submission must be completed for each award entered.
Each submission must include at least five (5) high-resolution images (300dpi/1MB of higher) of your company to be eligible. The images can be uploaded via the online submission process.
Any supporting documents i.e. brochures, should be clearly labelled and referred to within the submission.
Remember submissions are a “selling document” and you should provide as much information as possible in response to the questions. This is so the judges can have a greater understanding of what you have achieved.
The judges are looking for what differentiates the business or its products or services from its competitors. In other words, what makes the business unique?
Highlight the business’ strengths, illustrating how innovative and distinctive your achievements have been.
Identify what you have implemented to maintain your position in the industry.
For submissions to be eligible, all questions and requirements must be addressed
Finalists will be selected on completed submissions and the content of answers.
Complete the compulsory section on who will collect the award at the Awards of Excellence Presentation.

Entrants will be advised if they have progressed to the finalist level via email.

An onsite visit will be conducted by a judge for nominees who become finalists. A pre agreed date and time will be arranged (excluding individual Award categories).
It is important that the entrant or knowledgeable company representative be available on-site to answer questions from the judge.
Allow at least 1 hour for the onsite visit.
